I believe that therapy is a journey and it takes a lot of courage.

It takes a lot of courage to pick up the telephone and call me (626-795-8681) and say "You know I think I need to talk to you."

Are any of these part of your journey? If so, take a minute to call me at the above number or write to me in confidence and leave a telephone number and some times when I can get back with you. In your e-mail to larry@larryschultephd.com please put "Confidential Therapy Inquiry" in the subject content or click here to email. I'm the only one who reads my e-mail.

Let me tell you a bit about myself.

I have been doing therapy for twenty-five years, am a founding member of the Center for Adult Development, a group practice in Pasadena, and am the Employee Assistance Director for Pasadena City College. In 1990 I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialty in Health Psychology. From 1989-1991 I trained at Yale University School of Medicine in the Department of Psychiatry as a Psychology Fellow.

I specialize in Complicated Bereavement and Hospice Care,

Let me help you work through some of the stress in your life. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy as the basis for my work (if you can change your thoughts, you can change your behaviors). Let me help you restore some HOPE in your life. Thank you for visiting my web site.
